Dr Jinoop Arackal Narayanan works as a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Mechanical Engineering, School of Computing, Engineering & Digital Technologies at Teesside University, UK. Prior to this, he worked as a research fellow in additive manufacturing at Welding and Additive Manufacturing Centre, Cranfield University, UK and as an industrial postdoctoral researcher at the Multi-scale Additive Manufacturing Lab, University of Waterloo, Canada. He also worked as a DAE Senior Research Fellow at Laser Additive Manufacturing Laboratory at Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT), Indore, India. He completed his PhD in the area of laser additive manufacturing at Homi Bhabha National Institute, Mumbai, India. He has more than eight years of experience in additive manufacturing.
